Senior Relationship and Operations Manager
Natalie Irwin
Natalie is the Senior Relationship & Operations Manager at LGT Financial Advisors, joining the firm in 2018 and bringing extensive experience across operations, executive support, event coordination, human resources, public relations, social media marketing, and client services. She manages the firm's software systems, compliance, and administrative duties, and supports advisors through client communication, creating and generating client-specific reports, and servicing all client requests. Natalie also facilitates the new client onboarding process and maintains constant communication with vendors to keep the firm running smoothly. She serves as the operational backbone of LGT Financial Advisors, and there is no document a client signs that does not cross her desk. Outside of work, Natalie is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and teaches at Uptown Yoga in Dallas.
My job goes beyond running the day to day operations for the firm. While I do enjoy keeping the firm organized and moving in a direction of creating more efficiency, being in service to our clients is the most rewarding part of my job.
